Inland grants $50K to community

2013 Community Benefit funding

Inland Hospital is proud to announce its Community Benefit mini grant recipients for 2013. Each year Inland contributes more than $50,000 in funding to organizations working to improve health and quality of life in the Greater Waterville area.

Inland has awarded funds to nearly three dozen local organizations to help manage the multitude of health-related, economic and other challenges in the rural Maine community. Inland is committed to engaging collaborators to more effectively plan and implement initiatives aimed at improving health status and community well-being. Collaborators include community and social service agencies, schools, and many others.

Inland is dedicated to improving quality of life in the Greater Waterville area and the surrounding communities we serve, and our Community Benefit program is one example of that commitment.
