Tree of HOPE Postpartum Support Group at Inland

Tuesdays, 10 am - 12 pm
Last Saturday of every month, 9 - 11am
Medical Arts Building Conference Room (attached to Inland's front entrance)
180 Kennedy Memorial Drive, Waterville

One in seven mothers feel sad and irritable during pregnancy and postpartum, and fathers can feel down and anxious too. You are not alone! There is hope - and it begins with a simple thought - being a good parent includes taking care of yourself. If you take care of yourself, you will be able to take better care of your baby and your family.  Please join us every Tuesday and/or the last Saturday of the month for an honest and safe place to listen, talk, and gain education on postpartum experiences. This support group is free, open to the public, and no sign-up is necessary (partners welcomed).

Contact Bridgette Gemelli, Inland's Community Healthy Navigator at 861-6091 or bgemelli@emhs.org for more information.

Tree of HOPE is affiliated with Postpartum Support International (PSI).
