Youth Mental Health First Aid

Wednesday and Thursday, August 6 & 7, 4-8pm
Ford Grant Conference Room, Inland Hospital
This 8-hour course will teach you how to help someone age 12-18 who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses. At the end of the day, you will have a five-step action plan and know where to turn for help.
