Community Health Needs Assessment

Inland's Giving Spirit

Release Date: 06/12/2017

Thank you to everyone who donated to our recent Food and Essential Drive held in May. Inland collected 165 pounds of food, plus a $100 donation to the Sidney Community Food Pantry bringing the total to approximately $375 worth of donated food!

The $100 donation was generously given by the residents of Lakewood’s Resident Council, who voted unanimously to donate $100 of their trust fund money for this cause. Linda Bragg, of the Sidney Community Food Pantry, accepted the check on behalf of the organization.

Healthy food access is one of Inland’s strategic priorities in our Community Health Improvement Plan. Thank you for helping us make a difference in the communities we serve!

Inland was proud to collaborate with the United Way of Mid-Maine Pantry Project. If you would like to donate additional food and/or essential items, please drop them off to United Way at 105 Kennedy Memorial Drive, Waterville during regular business hours.

If you would like to host the Food Pantry shelves at your business/organization, please contact Christian Savage at (207)873-0686 or csavage@uwmm.org.
