Inland Hospital is celebrating 16 years of commitment to the women of the greater Waterville area through its annual World of Women’s Wellness health event on Saturday, April 6 from 9am – 2pm at Thomas College in Waterville.

Women of all ages are invited to attend this free event. Inland and dozens of local organizations collaborate to offer free health screenings, pampering samples, wellness information and resources, interactive cooking and exercise demonstrations, delicious snacks and prizes. Attendees can purchase a healthy light lunch on-site from Subway. 

The event gives women the opportunity to gain new wellness information, learn easily adopted lifestyle habits to improve their health, and have fun sampling ways to relax. Dozens of booths and exhibits provide useful information and area resources for women.
