Tips to get the most out of your primary care visit!
  1. Review the written summary from your last visit and bring it with you to the appointment. Don’t have it? Call your practice to have it mailed to your home.
  2. Verify the details in the summary and make notes about what you want to talk about.
  3. Make sure you have signed up for the patient portal so your provider can get results to you quickly.
  4. Bring a list of the medications you are taking with doses and directions.
  5. Let us know of any other medical providers you have seen since your last visit.
And of course, for more serious injuries, don’t hesitate – get to the Inland Emergency Department, where you come first.
