About Pain Management and Physiatry

Physiatry (Rehabilitation Medicine) service is available at Inland Hospital. Full spectrum physiatry services include treatment of disabilities, musculo-skeletal disorders, pain management, non-operative spine care, spasticity management, and electromyography.

Dr. Peter Arabadjis performs electrodicagnostic studies (EMGs) for the diagnosis of peripheral nerve injuries including carpal tunnel syndrome and radiculpathies and neuromuscular diseases including neuropathies and myopathies.

He is a board-certified physiatrist. Physiatry is the medical specialty that focuses on disabling illnesses including strokes, spinal cord injuries, amputations, traumatic brain injuries and developmental disorder.

Dr. Arabadjis performs consultations for the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries including workman's compensation cases as well as specializing in the management of disabling illnesses focusing on spasticity, wound care and pain management.

Appointments may be scheduled through Inland RehabWorks at 861-3360. Call your physician for a referral. The service is located at 180 Kennedy Memorial Drive, Suite 102. Patients should park in the main parking lot, enter the main lobby of the Medical Arts Building and take the stairs or elevator located to the left of the front entrance.
