  Volunteer at Inland Hospital

undefinedCommunity Members Working together as partners

Inland Hospital invites men, women, and young adults to volunteer their time to further the hospital's mission. Volunteers can work several hours per week or just a few hours a month, whatever fits their available time. Some volunteers work in areas with direct contact with patients and families; others are involved in "behind the scenes" activities which enhance the care provided by the hospital.

Volunteer qualifications

Adult volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
Junior volunteers must be 13 years of age or older.
You should sincerely want to be a volunteer because you enjoy helping others.
You should expect to be responsible, dependable, and willing to adhere to Inland Hospital's standard of conduct.
You must be willing to undergo training for certain assignments and in-service orientation sessions to understand the culture of Inland Hospital and our customer service focus.
You must be willing to undergo a skin test for tuberculosis.
