Family Healthcare Services:

• Gynecological and family planning services including pap smears, pregnancy testing, urinalysis, breast exams, and rectal exams

• Men's routine health screenings including physicals and prostate exams

• Well child exams including immunizations, vision screening, and sports physicals

• Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) for acute and chronic back pain, headaches, and other medical conditions

As a member of EMHS, Inland has access to resources and best practices that help us provide the highest quality healthcare. A multitude of specialists are available at both Inland Hospital and Eastern Maine Medical Center, our system's advanced medical care center, and include cardiology, pulmonology, rheumatology, obstetrics, endocrinology, orthopedics, oncology, physiatry and vascular care.

Appointments:
Patients are seen by appointment with flexibility in our schedule to handle urgent medical cases. In urgent cases we cannot guarantee an appointment with the healthcare provider of your choice.

In-House Services:

• Lab work
• X-Ray
• EKG
• Wart treatments
• Sutures for minor lacerations
• Lesion removal

Financial Policies:

• Co-payment is required at the time of service.
• Please notify the office staff at the time you schedule your appointment if your visit is related to a workers' compensation claim, motor vehicle accident, or other third-party claim so that payment arrangements can be made.

Telephone Services:

Hours: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. M-Th; Friday 8 a.m. to 12 noon

• Our staff handles all incoming phone messages for both healthcare providers. Staff will call you back with their response as soon possible.
• Prescription refills will be called in at the end of each business day. 

Cancellation Policy:

• 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations.
• We reserve the right to discharge patients from the practice for repeated failure to keep scheduled appointments

Change in Patient Information:

• Please notify our office of any change of name, address, or telephone number in order to ensure that your medical records are correct. It is also vitally important that we have your current insurance information on file. Please bring your insurance card with you for all appointments.
