Measuring Quality

You deserve to know how your community hospital rates in the quality of care it provides. We’ve created this online report so you can learn the many ways Inland is working to meet and exceed your expectations.

This is part of our commitment to clinical excellence and 5 star customer service. Publicly sharing our quality data shows our dedication to being openly responsible for our results, and it gives you the power to hold us accountable for our performance.

Inland’s safety and quality efforts continue to be recognized with national quality awards from The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit group using the collective leverage of large purchasers of health care. For the last two years Inland has earned an ‘A’ grade (highest rating possible) for patient safety in Leapfrog’s national Hospital Safety Score. And in 2013, Leapfrog named Inland a Top Rural Hospital for the third time in four years. Learn more here.
